Return / Swap Policy

Incorrect Item recieved - Swaps:

If for whatever reason the item you received was wrong, you need to return it so we can make a swap.

Download form here. (MUST be completed for all returns)


If the error was ours* we will not charge returning freight.

If the item was ordered incorrectly*, shipping will be charged.
Differences in Item price will be charged / credited as per website price.
ALL swap returns must be recieved by our office no more than 60 days from Order date.


*Our refference database is extensive, and huge care has been taken to ensure all cross-refferences are accurate.
We are quick to admit our errors.


**This refers generally to errors in selecting via model number / cartridge
number (a common mistake) Care is required in choosing a stylus.


Please send:

A copy of the invoice (Red) that we sent with your order.

The Incorrect stock.

Your old stylus so we can identify it.


Returns addressed to:

Please ensure sufficient, sensible packaging is used on returns.

damage due to careless packaging will result in swaps being declined.


Faulty Item recieved - Swaps:

If an item you received was faulty, you can either return it for a swap, or return it for a refund.

If swapped, we will not charge returning freight.
If Refunded, the complete order total will be credited.
ALL Faulty returns must be recieved by our office no more than 60 days from Order date.


Please send:

A copy of the invoice (Red) that we sent with your order.
The faulty stock.
A note to explain fault, also stating refund or swap.

Change of mind / Not needed - Refunds:

If an item you ordered was delivered after you changed your mind or no longer need it, it can be returned for credit however special conditions apply.

If Refunded, we will not refund shipping.
If Refunded, 70% of the item value will be refunded to the same credit card used for purchase.
(30% deducted to cover office costs)
ALL refund returns must be recieved by our office no more than 60 days from Order date


Please send:

A copy of the invoice (Red) that we sent with your order.

The stock to refund.

A note to explain reason.

Making an Inquiry about an existing Order:

If after 10 working days¹ you have not seen your order, make an inquiry by email, quoting the seriel number (eg.1117527794) sent to you in an email and displayed on screen at the time of order.
Without this Seriel number we cannot help you.

Footnotes on above:
¹ 10 working days is a rough guide only - Australia & USA often only 3-5 days, Asia can range from 8-20 days while France can be 25 days. Postal services will not open any inquiry untill the item is 30 days+.
² You will need to read our "Return Policy" section marked "Faulty Item recieved - Swaps"
³ Order can only be change if they haven't already been shipped.
