Incorrect Item receieved - Swaps:

If for whatever reason the item you received was wrong, you need to return it so we can make a swap.

  • An Online returns form here. (MUST be completed for all returns)
  • If the error was ours* we will not charge returning freight.
  • If the item was ordered incorrectly there may be a shipping cost on the replacement item.
  • Differences in Item price will be charged / credited as per website price.
  • ALL swap returns must be received by our office no more than 20 days from Order date.

Please send:
The Incorrect stock.
Your old stylus so we can identify it.

Return address will be provided once the return is authorised.
Please ensure sufficient, sensible packaging is used on returns. Damage due to careless packaging will result in swaps being declined.
*Our refference database is extensive, and huge care has been taken to ensure all cross-refferences are accurate. We are quick to admit our errors.
**This refers generally to errors in selecting via model number / cartridge number (a common mistake) Care is required in choosing a stylus.

Faulty Item received - Swaps:

If an item you received was faulty, you can need to return it for replacement.

  • An Online returns form here. (MUST be completed for all returns)
  • We will not charge returning freight.
  • ALL Faulty returns must be received by our office no more than 20 days from Order date.

Please send:
The faulty stock.
A note to explain fault, also stating refund or swap.

Return address will be provided once the return is authorised.
Please ensure sufficient, sensible packaging is used on returns. Damage due to careless packaging will result in swaps being declined.

Change of mind / Not needed - Refunds:

If an item you ordered was delivered after you changed your mind or no longer need it, it can be returned for credit however special conditions apply.

  • An Online returns form here. (MUST be completed for all returns)
  • If Refunded, we will not refund shipping.
  • If Refunded, 70% of the item value will be refunded to the same credit card used for purchase. (30% deducted to cover office costs)
  • ALL refund returns must be received by our office no more than 20 days from Order date

The stock to refund.
A note to explain reason.

Making an Inquiry about an existing Order:

If after 14 working days¹ you have not seen your order, make an inquiry by email, quoting the order reference number (eg.19****) sent to you in an email and displayed on screen at the time of order. Without this number we cannot help you. Please use our Contact page for inquiries.
